启动chrome

/Applications/Google\ Chrome.app/Contents/MacOS/Google\ Chrome --user-data-dir=/tmp/chrome --ssl-key-log-file=/tmp/chrome/.ssl-key.log

启动wireshark并进行配置

perferences -> Protocols -> TLS

抓取报文

通过上述方式启动的chrome访问https://baidu.com 发现在wireshark中可正常抓取到报文
